And it has helped me get rid of my dandruff really soon. For this mask you will need: 1/2 a cup of Yogurt
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice And one tablespoon of Honey
To make this mask : In a bowl, add the the ingredients and mix
well till you get a smooth paste. Apply this to your roots and work your way
to the tips slowly! Leave this mask on for 30 minutes on your hair and then rinse it of with a mild sulfate-free shamp You can apply this mask once or twice a week! This mask works because honey helps moisturize
your scalp, Yogurt is full of antibacterial and antifungal properties that help prevent
dandruff and the lemon juice helps prevent the excess build up of oil on the scalp. Green Tea, Tea Tree & Coconut Oil Hair Rinse I usually start my day with a glass of green tea, but it’s good for so much more than
just drinking but also makes a brilliant hair mask For this Mask You Will Need
1 cup Green Tea A few drops of Satthwa Tea Tree Oil And Coconut Oil 1 tablespoon of White Vinegar
To make this hair wash Make a cup of green tea by boiling water and
add a sachet of green tea to a cup. Next combine the green tea with the satthwa
oil in a mug and set it aside. Rinse your hair under running water and then
pour the rinse through it. Leave the rinse on for 5 minutes while massaging
your scalp. Wash your hair with a mild sulfate-free shampoo
and conditioner. You can use this mask twice a week. This works because tea tree oil is antifungal,
antibacterial and antiseptic properties as It removes dust and dead cells from the scalp Green tea is a great conditioner and the coconut oil works as a moisturizer and prevents flakiness. In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until it is completely free of lumps. To the mashed avocado, add the honey and olive
oil. Mix well. Apply this hair pack to from roots to tips. Once your scalp and hair are entirely covered
in the mask, wait for 45 minutes. Wash the hair mask off with a mild sulfate-free
shampoo. You can use this mask once a week

and volume to hair. 4. Fenugreek Seeds
Fenugreek seeds are one of the most common Indian ingredients you can find. These seeds have been used since ancient times to cure dandruff. For that you will need
4 tablespoons Fenugreek Seeds 1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice
To make this mask Soak the fenugreek seeds in water overnight. In the morning, blend the seeds with water
to get a smooth paste. To this paste, add the tablespoon of lemon
juice. Apply this hair pack to your hair and wait
it for 30 minutes and wash with a mild sulfate-free shampoo. You can use this once a week. It works because fenugreek has strong anti-fungal
properties that boost scalp health and help tackle dandruff. 5. Garlic and honey
I’m not a big fan of garlic, don’t like the smell! But when it comes to getting rid of dandruff I think garlic is one of the best ingredients. For this mask, you will need:
6 Garlic Cloves 7 tablespoons Honey
To make this mask Crush the garlic cloves in a bowl or mortar
grinder and let it sit for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes have passed, add the honey
and mix the two ingredients. Apply the mixture to your scalp and hair and
leave it in for about 5-10 minutes. Rinse the hair mask out and wash your hair
with a mild sulfate-free shampoo. You can use this mask once a week. This works because garlic is rich in salicylic
acid, which is a common ingredient used for the treatment of dandruff. It also has strong antimicrobial properties. So, there you have it, 5 of the best DIY hair
