Great vid! I just brew it normally before I start getting ready for work, I stick the mug in the freezer to cool while I shower (maybe 20 minutes), and then I pour it over ice before I leave for work. Usually the coffee is cool enough that it doesn't dilute much.
One trick with the ice at the end is to use a big block or big sphere of ice. Stays cold, but does not melt as fast as regular sized ice, same trick I use for whisky on ice (only IF I use ice)
I always thought this made more sense ( 3:40 ) . Though I was kind of unsure, thinking the more complicated cold brew process is better. But I couldnt quite figure how it can extract all those good stuff the way with hot water. Thought it was just me.

That looks like cola than coffee.Anyway it is black coffee, coffee naturally means with sugar and milk.
What are your thoughts on using whiskey stones in place of the ice? So you would bypass diluting the coffee.
What about dry ice? It wouldn't dilute but it would cool.
Why could you not use 100% hot water then stick in the fridge? Other than the speed factor, it seems simpler unless I'm missing something
