Perfect for an Americano or long coffee. Deeper brown? This indicates the best degree of
roasting for an espresso with highlands Arabica, such as Slow Food’s Huehuetenango Highland Coffee. Dark brown, almost black? These are the perfect
coffee beans for Neapolitan-style cups of coffee. With De’Longhi Eletta I recommend the grade
4 grinding setting for lighter Arabicas, and grade 5.5 for darker Arabica and Robusta blends.
