Differences between Arabica and Robusta I’m here once again to chat about coffee with De’Longhi. I’m going to talk to you about Arabica, with its flat
elongated beans, and Robusta, with its rounded beans. Arabica is fragrant and pleasantly acidic, whilst the bitter
and full-bodied Robusta has a very high caffeine content. Given their hardness, I advise grinding
Arabica beans on Eletta’s 4-4.5 setting, and choosing excellent products such as Slow
Food’s Guatemalan Huehuetenango Highland Coffee.
