I went to Jeju Island with my friends for 4 days and 3 nights. We arrived late so we had no other choice but having dinner at a convenience store. Eating very diligently When I came back, I did a natural plant right away. So my weight didn’t increase as dramatically as I thought it would. Hi guys~ did you have a nice week? I went to work the day I returned from my trip. I would like to travel every three months. I eat all the food I want to eat when I travel. I bought sweet potato that was sold for 1 + 1 at a convenience store. I ate them with corns. I arrived at the airport and left my luggage at home and went straight to work. So I couldn’t measure my weight. It probablt would not have been good for my mental health if I did. Since the day I got back from my trip, I have kept my wholefood plant based diet well. Convenience store Sweet potatoes are very delicious. It costed 1,700 won (1.5 usd), which I thought was more expensive than I expected. Thus, it was good that they were sold for 1 + 1 at the same price. It’s really good to have sweet potato with kimchi. The best combo! But even sweet potatoes alone are perfectly good. If I forget my lunch box in the morning, I have to eat convenience store sweet potatoes sometimes. Tomatoes, sweet potatoes and potatoes. I’m sharing some of my food with my colleague. I baked and ate sweet potatoes all the time, but It tastes even better when baked with airfryer. It’s delicious and convenient, so I’ll use it frequently when it’s bothersome. In fact, I can’t control my diet when I’m at home. I would like to eat foods I truly consider as delicious including junk foods and snacks while watching funny videos at home. I’ll have to replace with sweet potatoes baked with airflyer when I want to eat snacks. I ate corn in the middle of work. At 18:40, I came home from work and had lettuce, peppers, seaweed, and rice. I cut my bangs but I couldn’t curl properly. In this case I push my bangs sideways. Place dry seaweed on top of lettuce and then rice on it. And if you take a bite of red pepper, it’s really delicious. Ate it all. I’ll eat more rice. it’s Mukbang time~ I’m thinking about whether or not to eat fruits for dessert. The answer is already set! Pineapple and kiwi are good for digestion. kiwi was so fresh and sweet that I ate three of them. I have a day off today, so I made vegetarian gimbap at home. 4 tangerines for dessert! This day is two days before my period begins. I was happy and the food was delicious. That’s it. Delicious Korean sweets, macaroons, and breads sold at convenience stores. These are foods I shouldn’t eat when I am on a diet. That’s why I talk a lot. Lol. I ate ramen as well. I met a friend and ate good food. This is another off-day I ate high calorie food and had dessert. At 12:20, 2 sweet potatoes for lunch! Happy lunch break I couldn’t keep my diet on a rest day and ate a lot. This week, I barely had no natural plants. I had a lot of lunch and dinner appointments with friends I didn’t meet at the end of the year. I have one thing to confess. I had an appointment on this day after work. So I ate a lot of high calorie foods. I couldn’t measure my weight this morning, but It probably would have been 65kg. At 13:30, I’m eating tomatoes. Today’s lunch is also a convenience store sweet potato! The sweet potato was huge and delicious. I have kept eating high calorie foods but eating healthy foods definitely makes me feel better physically. In this video, I almost lost my diet, but I’ll be back on track next week! I will continue to challenge without giving up! The goal is -3 kg a month. My boss bought me a cup of coffee so I drank it. Coffee is not considered as the wholefood plant based diet, but I was so tired that day that I needed caffeine. My boss bought me a donut so I ate one. (This week was a mess) At 18:40, I had gimbap with lettuce, red pepper and paprika and shine musk. Vegetarian Kimbab, Long time no see! It was so delicious. The goal is to lose weight gradually over time, so I am aiming to lose 3kg within this month. So my goal is to achieve 55-56kg in this coming April. This week has been off my plan. I’m reflecting on it. If you have watched the video from last week, I’ve lost -1.7kg in five days. So I’ll try to keep my diet as well as last week. Fighting! I’m going to church. I can’t park on my own yet, so I have to listen to my mom very well. Parallel parking is the hardest among all. Parking was successful, though! I had to go to work in the afternoon, so I had a morning service. I start serving cafes as soon as I get to church. After the service, I teach as the church school teacher. This is my mom Our church meal is free. This week’s meal came out healthy luckily so I just ate without feeling guilty. Ate it all! It’s brown rice cake. It was tasty. I went to work and ate two tangerines. My co-worker brought Hallabong from her trip to Jeju. I enjoyed it with my pear Mom wrapped the rice cake. I really like bread and rice cakes. It was so good. There were sweet red beans and citron inside. I did not keep my strict diet this week, but I am not disappointed. I can keep up better next week! Hallabong was delicious too. I’ll show you my physical condition for the second week and finish the video. Subscriptions and likes help make videos. Second week I have gained a little bit this week than the first week.
