Homemade chocolate 100 grams cocoa butter chop it into small chunks melt 2/3 of it in a bowl that is over a pot with simmering water / double boiling method when the butter is melted take the bowl from the pot with simmering water and add the remaining 1/3 of the cocoa butter whisk until ompletely melted add 100 grams cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons honey whisk to incorporate everything then pour it in your molds or chocolate tablets shape then you have to wait for it to harden you can leave it at room temperature to harden or put in the fridge or freezer obviously it would harden faster inthe fridge or freezer these chocolates do not need to be stored in the fridge it is ok to keep it at room temperature and it will not melt
