Homemade Tapioca Balls – Coffee Flavored (粉圓)


Ingredients 100 grams tapioca starch 10 grams espresso powder Combine well 75 milliliters water 60 grams brown sugar Stir until sugar dissolves Once boiling add the flour mixture Turn of heat and stir Scrape out mixture
And start kneading! ^-^ Careful it’s hot 🙂 Knead until dough forms Done! Let’s make coffee tapioca balls!!
Plate with little tapioca starch Roll strings and cut into tiny pieces ^-^ Cut cut cut…! Let’s shape them into balls! Shake off the excess starch Make them all or save some for later Boil them in water For 10 – 15 minutes Keep stirring to keep them from sticking When ready place them in cold water Once they’re cooled down, transfer to another bowl Add some brown sugar Mix, so it won’t stick to each other Do you like coffee?
