  1. I've made no bake cheesecake without using gelatin (because it's hard to find vegetarian gelatine in the Netherlands), the recipe requires the addition of sour cream, I guess it would make the texture set quickly without having to put the cheesecake in the freezer.

    I got a question.. can I not put the lemon juice in the cheese mix? does it give diff result if I not putting it in?? Tq

  3. Instead of gelatin I used 2 tbsp. of chia seed. I also used pistachios ground and mixed with coconut oil. Tastes good anyway.
