  7. As a barista (5 years experience) this was really hard to watch because I wanted to help them so badly lol. It makes me so happy to teach people how to perform latte art and to watch how happy new baristas get when they can create their first heart, tulip or rosetta. Nice to see they had fun and got creative though!

  11. I feel like Molly is actually the most skilfully well rounded chef in the BA kitchen. She seems like the kind of person that wants to be good at every type of dish like desserts, meats, drinks etc.

  13. As a person who worked at a Reserve bar who did this professionally, this video gave so much anxiety. Steam the milk first! Your shots die within 5 seconds. You only need to aerate your milk for 3 second otherwise it’s a cappuccino. Yet great attempt if you’ve not done more than 10 times.

  14. Espresso shots go bad after 10 seconds if you don't cut it with something else (water, milk, syrup, etc.) so the best lattes involve simultaneous pulling and steaming! But I guess taste is…

  16. I’m a barista and I spent 11 hours making coffee today so I really don’t know why I thought i would enjoy this video and not be 100% triggered haha.
