been a number of studies that have looked at the possible link between green tea and
cardiovascular disease. A study of 40,530 Japanese adults found that
those who drank more than five cups of green tea a day had a 26% lower risk of death from
heart attack or stroke and a 16% lower risk of death from all causes than people who drank
less than one cup of green tea a day. 7 – Cinnamon. There are a ton of different health benefits

properties and it can also cut the risk of heart disease. In a study published in Diabetes Care, researchers
found that cinnamon improves the glucose and lipids of people with Type 2 diabetes. A meta-analysis of the research available

concluded that cinnamon can have the effect of reducing cholesterol, LDL cholesterol,

  2. Fish? No. It has LCT the part that’s not good for your arterial health. A whole foods plant based diet is the simplest way to reduce risk of heart disease

  3. Unfortunately you forgot to mention olive oil which, unlike most of stuff listed in the video, can be consumed on daily basis and in much larger amounts.

  4. Beware that farmed fish may contain significant amount of antibiotics and antifungal chemicals used in fish farming industry. Wild fish is safer but more expensive.

  5. I have often had the shock of having to stop breathing at night. At first I used to think that a witch might dominate me … who would come to my bed at night and fall asleep with me.

  6. When u eat fish like salmon make sure u get the wild one and not the farmed one. Farmed fish are not a healthy option.

  7. I believe Soluable fiber cleans out the arteries. Eat beans, oatmeal, and other foods that have high levels of soluable fiber. Avoid trans fat, simple carbohydrates, and sugar( eat complex carbs).

  12. Cut out all sugar and things that quickly turn into sugar. Sugar industry paid Harvard labs to blame meats and fats for the damage that sugar causes. Sugar makes everything bad.

  15. Great advice except for eating fish. You can get plenty of omega-3’s from walnuts & flaxseed. Fish is very high in fat and high in mercury. Avoid fish.

  16. I feel like these guys dont really know what the hell is going on… people are now thriving on all meat diets and in the best health they've ever been on… some literally all red meat only. People cant even tell which side of a battery electrons flow out of… and we use those a hundred times every day lol.   17. And people, don't forget Vitamin D3, very very very important, and no the sun don't provide it any more cuz Ozon "O3" layer is fuked up by industrial activities, D3 is for strong bones, you will not know you have bone problems until its too late, so take D3 from time to time just in case.

  18. In Japan, it's common to know that grapefruit kills the efficacy of some drugs/medicines including anti-hypersensitive and for the senior and elderly. So you can't recommend that fruit for prevention for adult or aging related diseases.

  19. Careful, the walnuts and seeds cause kidney stones. I got on a nut and seed diet and developed two kidney stones with a few months from one another, never had them in my life at 50yrs old. The nuts and seeds are the only thing that changed in my diet. I would rather have a heart attack than another kidney stone.

  20. How can your first thing on your list be something that contains dietary cholesterol which over time clogs arteries. How can you show women eating fish studies when this video is directed to everyone. Statistically women are far less probable to suffer from these illnesses than men.

Video maker must think whats negative side of it too.. no ? If 1 billion people eat all everyday still it wont be a problem for our own existence.. just note it.   22. pizza, meatballs, bagels, chocolate covered bacon, nutella on white bread, a nice big glass of whole non organic milk, 2 shots of espresso, grilled cheese with bacon and mayo…way to true health…and of course a nice healthy yohoo before bed.
